Final Destination 3

Post by Kipi »

Okay, just saw the trailer of FD3, it was quite interesting, waiting to see the whole movie.

The trailer can be seen here.

There is a official site also, but it didn't work for me, since I don't have updated version of player it requires.

Other opinions of the trailer?

I've seen it as well, and I can't wait for it to come out after seeing the first two. :D I wonder how they are going to fit this one in the second one. Both had people who somehow avoided death and the second group was the ripple of sorts of the first group.

Although I remember something about a photograph. Guess I'm going to have to watch the trailer. ;)

Final Destination was a breath of fresh air in the teen horror genre, and Final Destination 2 was just too damn funny. I predict that this formula will continue to work for as long as the writers can keep coming up with hillariously imaginative ways to kill off the cast. roll on part 3.

Well, the movie came out yesterday. Has anyone seen it yet, or read any reviews on it? Anyone know if it is worth seeing?

I've actually already read most of those, but given that I know a few people here on the forum a bit more, I wouldn't mind hearing if they have an opinions on it as well... but it does not matter, as I've committed myself to seeing it sometime this week. :D

FD3 is OK...the plot is shallow and simple, which for a film like this serves well, and it led to a quick pace which i prefer more. This film easily had the most gore and the best kills of the entire series. Simply beautiful! IMO

Slight spoilage of first two movies below.

Hmmm? The gore is better? Better than the death that involved the wire fence in the second one? Wow, that is good. Definitely a must see then.

On the plot... well, it was pretty strightforward in the other ones as well. How the story progresses, how they're being killed, etc, is the actual plot of the story, as there is very little you can do with the series otherwise. Kind of hard to fit in romance when theres a train barreling down on the car with faulty seat belts (the first movie).
