I was just wondering if you can make skooma or vintage brandy, if you can don't tell me how to.
You can have my Xbox, when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.

I dont think you can make anything alcoholic by yourself.It seems illegal and the ordinators will find you!

Not 100% sure though.

No, in the vanilla game you can't make either yourself.

However, if you are on PC you can download a mod called
"Vvardenfell Drug Lord," which provides a Skooma lab and a series of quests. I haven't tried it myself, but it has received some good reviews up at the Morrowind Summit:
