Finally, I've decided to realize this test.
My Warrior : 19 STR, 19 DEX, 19 CON,
19 INT, 8 WIS, 19 CHA
+helm of balduran and
gauntlets of weapon skill
(all = +2 TAC0 & + 2 DAMAGE)

Keldorn : 787 Hit Points, Armor Class 5,
protection against fear

Attack : Dual weild with 4 **** in main
hand and 3 *** in the second one.
Also 3 *** for 2-weapon style.

Comments : Most of times, this combo kills
very quickly due to 25 STR and/or Level
Drain. This combo is certainly better than
the previous one.

Comments : THE WINNER. It's the best one. You'll certainly tell me
that the Celestial Fury+BlackRazor combo is better if you use
girdle of 22 STR. This is True. But (there is always a "but"),
you find the blackrazor sword only at the end of the game. This is
also true for the second test.

Analysis : Belm +2 is not a good weapon.
It's a little scimitar and if you don't have
a STR of 25, it only inflicts (with 19 STR)
14 to 22 damage per hit. Celestial Fury will inflict 18 to 24 damage.
However, Belm +2 gives an additional attack per round.
A round is 6 seconds long in real time.
Now we'll compare the damage inflicted by the 2 weapons
considering that each hit is sucessful :

Celestial Fury : 4 attacks
1) 19
2) 20
3) 21

82 damage

Belm +2 : 5 attacks
1) 16
2) 17
3) 18
4) 19
5) 20

90 damage

90-82 = 8 points of difference.
Sure, this is not a huge difference.
But now, consider that your STR is 25
(with Crom Fayer). In that case,
Belm +2 inflicts 22-26 damage
22+23+24+25+26 = 120 damage
Celestial Fury 24-28 damage
24+25+26+27 = 102 damage
Here we are. With 25 STR, an additional
attack REALLY gives you a big advantage.

----> Using Improved Haste Spell doubles
that advantage :
Belm+2 + Crom Fayer + Improved Haste
= 9 (!!!) attacks per round !

PS : I also tryed to do these tests using
another weapons such Flail of Ages,
Holy Avenger (hehe, really sucks).
But nothing to do : Belm+2 and Crom Fayer
is the most damaging one. Sure, Celestial Fury
adds some good magical bonuses such Stun,
but this gives almost nothing against
strong enemies. And we wanna fight strong
opponents, aren't we ?

Now it's time to give final results.
A good combo is note necessarily the most
damaging one. You also need to protect
your ass.

GOOD DAMAGE + GOOD PROTECTION =
EXCELLENT COMBO

The BEST Combo :

Crom Fayer + Flail of Ages

Proficiencies:

*** for Crom Fayer **** for Flail of Ages (to get the -1 speed factor
bonus for the Flail)

Advantages :

- Mass Damage
- With Improved Haste and Boots of Speed
7 (!) attack per round
- Flail of Ages's Slow Effect (no save)

And yes, about the slow effect.
Have you ever considered that this is
even better than Blackrazor's level drain ?
There's no Save against that.
A slowed target, even equipped with
2 Blackrazors, with 787 HP and AC 0, is killed
in 64 sec and can't even touch you.

And, the final touch, is that it looks
pretty well - blue shnining Crom and Lightning Flail.

Disadvantages : too powerful. Looks like cheat.

Advantages: it isn't.
