I started a new character and made a really, really stupid mistake and saved without thiniking about it when the slot was defaulted to my good char. and now all that work is lost. Does anyone know a way to bring the old file back?

If you run windows xp, than you *might* be able to use system restore. it's a long shot but it might work.
