Suppose you mean the guardian in the Firkraag's Dungeon. You need the Burial Mask. There are 6 pieces of the mask guarded by 6 (visible) guradians. When you get all 6 pieces, the mask reassembles itself. Use the mask as a helm. The invisible guardian will be visible now.
