You know about having to check on your thiefs "Income" from the last five days and pay of the quota, I am wondering when you go off to spellhold sahaugin city and the underdark will this affect the closing of your guild as there is no way I am going to only spend 5 days in basically more than half the game. So when I go back after the Underdark will I find my stronghold closed down?

When you start this chain of events time is put on hold till you get back from the Underdark.
So you will not lose anything in your stronghold.
