If you unpacked your .vpk files, then just look in these forlders with your WinExplorer or equivalent.
Any NPC skin your looking for is either in Unique or Common and any PC is under Male or Female.
Trust me, most of the names I have been called you can't translate in any language...they're not even real words as much as a succession of violent images.
