Problem with model Citizen

hi, im senaking around the apartment and i crawl right up tot he areas hilighted with blue, but am unable to plant a camera, is there a trick to it other then hitting the action button? The other possibility is that I had a full inventory when I talked to the nosveratu chick who gives the quest, maybe she never game me the cameras? Notining indicated that there was a problem though.. thoughts?

bug

are you pressing e on your keyboard (or whatever your action button is)? if so and still no success then it's probably a bug. do you have patch 1.2 installed? also try from a previous save.

i get that - try briefly standing rather than crouching while you place them then go straight back into crouch. works for me and if you time it right nobody sees you

Do you have all 3 cameras? Once, my inventory was full when Imalia gave me the cameras, and I ended up having only 2. I had to go back to an old save game, empty my inventory and go through the conversation again to get all 3.

My most common cause of this problem is stashing my cameras at my haven and forgetting to pick them up before hitting the Sessions apartment, or mixing up Mitnick's Camera with one of Imalia's - I think the game regards them as different items, but they look identical.
