Rianna The witches brew?

I may be mistaken, but when I drank this brew she said something about it being really good and that she should save the recipe. Then when I looked at my nether advancement points needed form leve 10 to 11 they were a lot less.Before I needed 500,000+ but after drinking I only needed 250,000? is this what her brew does?
