Vale of Ruin, need help

Hello... I have one simple question, which is:

How the hell do I get to Vale of Ruin? I'm aiming for ranger lord, so I need to get there.

You need to visit Staroxia in the Forbidden Lands. Exhaust her conversation menu and she'll tell you about Grymlok in the Northlands. She will give you a magic phrase to tell him that will relieve him of madness. Then you can ask Grymlok for the rune combination needed to enter the vale. You do need to get the phrase from Staroxia first. Otherwise, you won't have the option to ask Grymlok.
