The giant guard
I only recently got morrowind on PC and I've downloaded some mods. The only one I think would cause this is abigales pet shop as that is the only one I have that changes seyda neen. In the middle of seyda neen is a giant guard. When i talk to him he just says "whos there" and I cant hit him. Will I have to remove him on the construction set? Also the game says the some thing about some restore spells not working Eg cure blight. How do I stop it doing that.

Cause what? You haven't explained the problem in your post.
Also, what mods have you loaded?

The problem is the giant guard that I mention in the post and title. Also so far I have the mods.
Abigales petshop.
Draycados voice. (may be spelt wrong. It is the one fable reccomends on the mod thread)
Guar tamer.
companion slave.
Uvirith inside.
Town of Uvirith.
And all the official ones.

I've never found a problem like this.
Try looking on summit (or planet elderscrolls, or whatever it's called now) to look for possible problems/clashes in the comments under each mod.
Then try using some mod checkers.
Fable recommended these to me...

Test tool - the link didn't work, so I don't know where to get it...

I just tried the link from that website, Gregthesleeper, and it worked fine. TESPCD has two modes of operation. It will compare all mods you have to one another, or all mods to one mod. It will in any case look for conflicts, and give you a very detailed statement of those conflicts, as well as what kind they are, and which mods are involved.
You may also want to try TesTool. It will compare all the mods you have installed with the basic game and the two add-ons (if you have them installed), and re-create the mods in versions that are more compatible with the game. So it doesn't actually tell you where conflicts exist; it removes conflicts. These two mods are compatible. Note they don't deal with the same issues, so they work well together.

Greg, if that doesn't work for TesTool, try this.
