I'm having a problem...
OK here's the deal: in both SOA and TOB i am having trouble initiating dialog. Almost eveyone i talk to says "So-and-so appears busy.Try again later"... it does this with almost everyone. only after resting like 4 or 5 times will i sometimes be able to talk to ppl. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hmmm, Sounds like an undocumented design feature (read bug). Check out your reputation and charism if either is too low people may not feel like talking but I think it is a corupt save game file. - Curdis
