sewer warrens in Hollywood problems

Post by thetammyjo »

Hello all you much wiser folks than I.

I've killed Andrei at King's Way and am making my way through the sewers. Well, I get into reservoir two as suggested on the quests hints on this site but not it is not flooding as prediced to lift me up to the next tunnels.

Any suggestions? I don't think I can jump that high.

Another problem with this

Is there any way to cheat myself trough these f* reservoires (aka jump to level 3)? Its getting really annoying. I have tried to swimm to res2 at least 20 times, but I do always get pushed back right before i colud finish turning into reservoir 2-s pipeline. And this kinda kill the fun of gaming. Used blood buff as well, but did not help, and I am low on blood to try it too many times.

Any suggestions?

Here's how I do it: Turn off the pumps so that it is possible to swim. Make sure you know where to swim. Then, activate the pumps again, and immedeately run off the catwalk and jump into the water. Swim as fast as you can to res 2, and you should be able to get there before you're pushed back, even without using celerity or blod buff.

After the initial 2 tries I never failed it again.

This is very much correct. You have to set yourself up for it. Flush the reservoirs until safe, set yourself up with a line that you can run, stop, settle down, relax and get your stuff together. Then hit the switch, spin and run like heck to get into the water and start swimming immediately. If you time it right, you don't even need Blood Buff, but if you pause for a second, you're done. It's a good idea to save before this part if you're having trouble until such time as you get it down right.

Sec numbers?

Anyone know what sec number you should find the Nos to help and the body with the pass key?

I'm trying this for the second time but it is very confusing even with the walk throughs on this site -- generally very very good but in this case sec numbers would be excellent.

When I figure it out (hopefully soon) I'll email the sec numbers in so that maybe they can be added to the walk through write-ups.
