This game’s storyline and VTM’s background leave much room for a sequel, which I welcome. A party-based RPG requires much time and many resources to develop, but I think that would be the best path to follow.
VTMB’s memorable qualities: Good roleplaying character identification. Good women. A logically existential attitude regarding violence, death, and humanity. Good selection of firearms. Good selection of skills. Feeding, instead of resting, to restore health is a refreshingly different path from most RPGs.
VTMB’s most memorable weakness: Lack of a selection of difficulty levels.
