Wild mage: Reckless Dweomer

With reckless dweomer you get to try to use a spell of any level . I think the chances of the spell hapening depend on you current level and if you use shield of chaos , improved shield of chaos. Does anybody know the chances for a 31st lvl wild mage with improved shield of chaos to cast a nine lvl spell with reckless dweomer? Just curios , i finished the game with a wild mage and they're really fun to play with. I was lucky enogh to cast wish 10 times with my reckless dweomer (and ilussions) and finally got the "recover as if rested" in the final battle against melisan.
If anybody know a table with the % changes for the spell to go right or wrong please post it .
