Fallen Paladins Quest

I got a quest from someone at the Radiant Heart compound to investigate the Fallen Paladins in the Bridge district. They are supposedly led by someone named Anarg (or something similar). I have been through the Bridge district several times and have not run into them. When I talk to people there is no dialog option to ask about them. Am I missing something?

they can be hard to find..look behind the house to the rigth of the northern exit out of the bridge district

just make sure when you do find them (and it's the house immediately to the right of the Bridge District entrance) you accept their additional quest. From what I remember it gives you some extra XP.

You *HAVE* to accept that quest, otherwise their leader (whom you're supposed to kill) won't make an appearance.
