I have found every book I can think of but the teacher just keeps going to the spell book and will not select any other book. I have not given him all the books and can not procede. Thank you. Fyrstorm
Just give him the book, saying no then talking with him again will go to the same book and saying yes will go on to another book. If your trying to get the evil mage hat you have to find the Evil Books without getting any of the Good Books in order to get it.
The headmaster will only mention the book of spells when you don't have any books he wants.

If this is Fable TLC then you might not have the book "Creatures of the North". it's found right at the entrance of the northern foothills. I had the same problem and finally found the book, it's off to the left next to a skeleton.
Thanks every one for responding. I was finaly able to give him a book he wanted. I went to several shops and bought books I had already given him and he finaly took one. Thanks again for the quick responses. Fyrstorm
