is this graphics card supported?

Post by Darkcootie »

Before you start biting my head off, i did read the system requirements/ supported graphics cards, where it says that among others, the NVIDIA GeForce 6800 series are supported.

But I have a Club3d Geforce 6800 GS.. Is this the same thing, or won't it be supported?

A thousand thanks in advance

The 6800 GS so far as I know is almost identical to the standard 6800... only slightly faster :) It's in the middle between the 6800 and the 6800 GT, so yes it will be supported.

The requirements only list the general series of cards... so the 6800 means all cards such as the GS and GT.

No, the 6800GS is identical to the 6800GT in terms of performance, and slaughters the X850XT/6800 Ultra when overclocked.
