brothers salvage (SPOILERS)

ok, so i had been busy with school and stuff and couldn't play Vamps for a hella long time, now i got on last night and was having the time of my life when i saw in my quests that the carnival of death one still wasn't completed. So i popped over to santa monica and went over to the junkyard, i entered but the other door that would lead me inside the junkyard was locked and now i'm stuck!

help please?

you could use the noclip command on the cheats console to just walk through the door or the gate

That won't work. The junkyard is a different map. You can't noclip from Santa Monica to Downtown, and you can't noclip from Santa Monica to the Junkyard.

The more likely scenario is that aznbabygirl101 hasn't been given that part of the quest yet. Head for Hollywood.

Was it closed the door or the gate?
If it is the door probably you still have to complete the Hollywood part of the quest or perhaps you aren't carrying on your person the card you obtain in Muddy Mikes' room at the lucky-e star motel (just a wild guess)... if it is just the gate you could use noclip to pass throught it but then, once entered and spoke to the killer you will be automatically brought out cause your character has "no valid reply"...

it's not the gate, i already entered the door and it loaded just fine

as for the holly wood thing, i already did it because it said that i had found the brothers salvage card in my log.

maybe because i discarded the brothers salvage card because my inventory was full?

it could be that - i tend to keep it in my inventory until i've finished that quest so can't say for certain. do you know where you left the card so you can just go back and get it?

That could well be it. I think I had an episode like that once last year. I left the card in my haven and had to get it back to open that last door.
