Erlinmir

Does anyone know what triggers the second encounter with Erlinmir? I have the flask. I set out form Arindale at 6:00 a.m. and after getting into the area I perfomed a random search and then a grid search on both sides of the road but he never showed up. I went back to the Inn in Arindale and arrived at a fireplace at 2:OO a.m. stayed until 5:30 a.m. Then I left and started to search again the same way. Again no Erlinmir. Does anyone know if I have to go to Fargrove or somewhere else before Erlinmir will show back up?

Way to find Erlimir
Ok for all those that don't have a crystal of mystic vision or don't know how to use one. I found his campfire where he hangs out when he's not wandering along the road between Arindale and the Elven fortress. Take out your maps that came with the game and locate the Venturian Forest on it. Then look at Lake Hadoen. Directly below that are two rock formations on your map. His campfire and a chest nearby are in the vacinity of those two rock formations almost in the midle of them. It also helps to zoom out on your map a little. As soon as you head off the road towards his camsite that is what triggers him to walk towards the road so you might have to chase him down.

Crystals of Vision
You can find a crystal of vision either in the temple in Arindale or the one in Fargrove. Also after you get back into Fargrove you can loot the rooms of the castle after killing off the bad guys and get a ruby ring which will give you Mystic vision as well. It's in a lvl 10 chest of drawers in one room upstairs gaurded by a bunch of blade witches.
