Vampirism (spoiler Possible)

I'll cut and paste some answers:
you start out containing 25% vampirism, and it increases the longer you go without feeding on someone's sleeping body
at 25%, people will talk to you.
Same at 50 and 75%.
Once you hit 100% vampirism (which takes many days of no feeding), noone except quest-required npc's will talk to you.
At 50% and beyond, you take sun damage. The more vampire you are, the more damage you take from the sun. BUT, the more skill increases you get too ^^.
So once you feed, it'll bring you down to 25% again and you can talk to people and go bask in the sun, but you're skill fortifications will go back down too.
Your face color and shape is altered too, which is AWESOME IMO

It's all been covered (SPOILER)

Recommend searching the threads.
Previously posted by RegenCoE:
About the cure - visit the Arcane Academy - unfortunately they'll only let you in once you have recommendations from all of the local mage guilds - so you'll have to feed for quite a while and complete the quests as a vampire before getting rid of vampirism
