There seems to be a big part of the world map where you can't go to.
Just curious, is this just for filling the map or can you go there in at some point?

I suspect It's there so you'd know where you are in the BIG world map.
Do you have any idea?

i'd say its so you know theres a bigger world out there + theyre leaving it available for expansion packs and or mods

Yeah it's not somewhere you can go at the moment but maybe eventually. With the XBOX live ability I think Bethesda will really go all-out addon-crazy (I hope :P ).
