Problem with gecko powerplant!!

Hello people!!I Have a problem at the gecko powerplant..I took the quest for the optimazation of the powerplants..So I did what I had 2 do with the robot(at the gecko powerplant) and then i went back 2 Vault city and talked to that guy Mc something(I can't remember

) And ask him how 2 optimize the powerplants..He told me to ask some technician in gecko!So,I went there and when I tried to talk to someone they attacked me!!!!The only guy that dosen't attacks is the ghoul in front of the robot's control panel!But he dosen't says anything!A friend of mine told me that he is suposed to give me a disc that I have to use 2 both powerplants!I tried to steal from him but he didn't have any disc!!!Oooh!My status for gecko is liked!What can I do?

Did you get the mangetosphere regulator at Vault City? If you do have it, you should get the robot install it after getting the other tasks done. Only after that you can get to optimizing the powerplant. You should get the disc from the ghoul located in the rightmost room of the powerplant, just below the reactor room. Then you have to take the disc to VC Vault, third floor, and use it on the main computer. Then just go back to Gecko and use it on the robot control terminal and that would be all

The magnetosphere thingie is that thing that you get from that guy from vault city right?It's that thing that you install with the robot by placing the comands in the right order..Yeah I did that !It's the first thing that u have 2 do..Then you take the disc from that ghoul..But when I talk to him he doesn't gives me anything!!

Which ghoul did you talk to? You should talk to the ghoul located in the room located south-east fom the reactor... His Name is Festus, he's the one who should give you the holodisk.

Festus !yeah!He is the ghoul in front of the computer that operates the robot right?Well When I talk to him noa dialogue options appears..He just says(IN RED LETTERS)"thanks for helping us out"!I start to think that there's nothing I can do!

After you blow up the alcohol destillery for Ms. Wright (when you meet her in front of the church, you have to say that you want to blow it up for her), you'll have to meet her at the church again. She'll want to give you some money, but you have to say that her grattitude is enough (or sth like that). That's when she'll give you the bat as a reward.
