First of all, read the "HEY YOU" sticky.
Secondly, kill a Will-o-the-wisp, they're all around Azura's shrine. You'll need a magic/silver/daedric weapon, methinks.

Yes a magical is a must, lots of dodging, healing etc. Prepare for a heavy fight my friend, they are tough!
