Game "map" Doubts about regional changes

I am wondering if there are any differences in the game map acording to place where you get the game.

Ive downloaded a video in the downloads area (Tremere beachhouse if im not mistaken) and Its different from the game map that I have, so can anybody tell me if it is normal to you, or if it is that way due to any patch... The Tremere play is totally different!

I think that was a preview video made before the game was released. They have probably changed some stuff and parts of the general look of the game in between that video and the game actually being released.
