i was wondering if there is some file to edit to increase the likelyhood of a wild surge...anyone?
I would be a serial killer if i didn't have such a strong distaste for manual labor

Yes, use Reckless Dweomer. Wild Surge every time. Just put as many in your lvl 1 page as you can.
