Siren mission (SPOILER)

in anvil there's this quest on all girl thievery

anyway i reached to a point where i need to visit the tavern at the docks (the fowling bowl or something of that sort)
when i went inside, a few moment later 2 ladies entered
one of them in red told me to see signy
once i ended the conversation signy attacked me

when i killed her, the quest was completed and gogan's ring could not be tracked (the mission is complete negatively)

i tried sneaking (im already an expert sneaking - 90 pts) but to no avail
signy will still attack upon seeing me

can anyone help me solve this quest properly

Well, it´s not supposed to work like this: after your conversation, you´re supposed to go to a small farm outside Anvil, where you and a few of the girls are to have some adult fun (at least, that´s what they want you to believe).
Sorry, I think this quest is broken for you.
