Temple quests and the Nerevarine (spoilers)

Is it possible to continue the temple quests once the main quest in finished? Its just that I'm now the Nerevarine and the temple guys refuse to give me any more quests because of it so I'm hoping that once I finish the main quest they will trust me again - its a bit late to go back to an earlier save as I'm now entering through the Ghostgate and don't want to have to do all the fourth and fifth trials again.

Once you talk to the Archcanon you should be clear to do all Temple quests.

when i had finished morrowind the first time the archanon wanted to see me because he thought i hadnt fullfilled the prophesy, but i had been expelled from the temple and he wouldnt talk to me. So i started a new game, any idea what he had to say?
