Im in the mission were i nned to become Horator of Redoran. I got everyones vote but i didnt get that Venims. You see I read that he has to challenge you but heres the problem. When i asked about "redoran horator" abd then pressed "ask to be horator (or somethung like that)" he said something like in short- NO WAY! and goodbye. My journal updated: "he made it clear taht ill never get his vote..." and then.....? I dont understand what i have to to to duel him. I asked again and again and again, but he just says.. no id rather make a monkey horartor and the goodbye button! How do i get him to duel me? it seems is Walkthroughs he just automatically says" lets fight!" Plz tell me in detail what EXACLY i have to do to get him to duel me.. plz im desperdate here....

One of the councillors is in temporary accomodation in the main Redoran Hall thing - I missed this one at first so that could be the one you missed as she doesn't have her own mansion.
Check with the guy that you go to first to see if you've got everyones vote. After that Venim should have a "Duel" topic.
