Need help with Raelynn the Gravefinder?

I'm at the quest where I must kill Raelynn the Gravefinder. I can't find her anywhere in the cavern. Also there is a ghost patrolling there. How can I kill the ghost?

I don't remember exactly where Raelynn is, but try using a detect life spell and see if that helps.
As far as the ghost goes, use a silver, daedric, or magic (enchanted) weapon, or just use spells.
