I left my heart in a chapel (possible spoilers)

I found a human heart in a necromancer inhabited chapel.
It's an alchemical ingredient, and it's the only one I've found.
Anybody know what it's about? Quest item or something?

i bet u found that heart in cadlew chapel near barvil didnt you cause i found a church full of necromancers with a human heart in it

Just as a heads up, if you are looking for more human hearts: I found 2 while completing The Purification Quest of The Dark Brotherhood Questline.
The beginning of The Purification Quest basically takes you to Fort Faragut where you meet Lucien Lachance. He basically tells you that you are now exempt from being bound by the 5 Tenets, 1 of which is Stealing from a Dark Brotherhood member, having done so, he basically gives you permission to loot his cache of human hearts which is their in his lair.

yeah I found it in Cadlew Chapel

But still I don't know what it does. I'm hard pressed to say it's a quest item because it's part of the alchemy tab, and though I haven't tried, presumably it could be used at any time.

Well,according to the rumors the human heart is connected with being a werewolf,or was that in Morrowind...
