Vampirism made me ugly!

Post by Darkcootie »

After curing myself from vampirism , I was shocked to see my face had completely changed from it's original shape and look.. I even think the age increased, and now I'm bone ugly.. is this a bug or what?

anyway, do you know if there's any mods out there yet that can help me?

That sucks man, the ugliness was the thing that made me find the cure and my face was saved, never knew that kind of thing could happen.
And lo ye must learn of the great war that raged fo a couple of posts and brought the citadel momentaraly to its knees
Lookie!

I tend to appear briefly and disappear very quickly after that, try not to let it bother you.

My character was an Argonian when he became a vampire, so if he did change when I cured him I never noticed since they're already ugly...but so cool looking at the same time...sorry, can't help ya buddy.

I'm pretty sure there's a way to fix this. You need to make sure you're at the lowest level of Vampirism when you take the cure. In other words, feed so that I think it reads "Vampirism (25)". This is the level of the Vampirism where sunlight doesn't hurt you yet. If you take the cure at this stage of the disease, I'm fairly certain your appearance will return to what it was before you became infected. When I first got the cure myself, I instantly downed it and while it did cure the Vampirism, I was shocked to see that my face was aged. So I reloaded and fed and took the cure and viola! Back to my young, beautiful self haha. I hope this helps.
