Where are the save game files?

Where are the save game files?

I needed to reinstall Windows XP, I looked everywhere in Bethseda folder for the save game folder, couldn't find it! So now I'm restarting from the beginning....... :(

Could someone please tell me where they are, so I can back up this time. Thanks!
