After viewing the image I've posted, does anyone know where the remote switch/es is/are that lowers the stone steps? (Circled in Red)
As you walk down the steps and go straight forward there appears to be a space for a push block. However, it appears that it's reversed and, therefore, not workable for me. (Red Arrow points to location.)

Tell me the dungon type (cave, fort, ruin, ect.) name and quest (if there is one) and i might be able to help u out.
any other info might be helpful in finding out where this is also.
Hmmm, is this after the door, on the Ayelid King crown quest?
And He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, Tell Me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane; tell Me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure, tell Me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other. And I kissed Him softly and whispered back, Touch my mind.
I've got a screenshot of where this is on the map. It's across the water to the east and a little north of Bravil.
Presently, the only quest I'm working on is gathering the 40 Nirnroots. I've been simply wandering along the waterways and entering some of the areas as I encounter them. This one has been very rewarding so far.
No, no I know where it is, what I meant was are you on the Umbacano quest. Ok since it's not the case are you sure you aren't trying to enter that part that cannot be accessed before you get the Secrets of the Ayleids quest? I haven't been there precisely because I know a large part of it cannot be reached before that so I'm afraid apart from that info I can't be of much help.

You might actually be onto something. As it appears, I actually should be coming at this from the opposite side of this switch.

The location indicated by the red arrow is where Umbacano places some carving and then oppenes the door... You can't go on if you don't have the quest.
As for the steps I don't know. When I got there they were already down (I wasn't on the quest the first time I walked into those ruins), so the switch could be in another room in the ruins.
hav you already opened that door if you have umbacano probobly has fought all the lich's now look in all the rooms that the lich's came out of, in one of them there is a door go through there you dont go back.

Guys this question was asked and answered 3 months ago. I am quite sure by now he has done all that needed to be done. No need for expanding this any further. If you have a new problem, open a new thread
