can somebody tell where can i find elven equipment(of all kinds).......and where could i find these elven dude that i keep seeing in the loading screen :p

just keep on playing, once you hit high enough level your enemies should start having them (bandits etc.)

and you mean that these guys i keep seeing on the loading screen(the look like they have theyre neck cut off) will be the bandits........... :confused: .kinda disapointed i could say...i hoiped these guys would be the ayeld elves(or what ever they are called) you know,something you would find in a magor quest or something!!!!!!!

Nope, just regular bandits, they're not really hard to find.

This part dissapointed me, special armor is supposed to be hard to find, and limited. If becoming an experienced dude makes everyone and their dog have daedric armor, then there's no challenge

Then get one of the leveling mods, like Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul. It "fixes" that problem, and makes the early game much more of a challenge. You will need to start anew game for it to work properly, but it replaces the overdone mob and item leveling with a much more realistic scheme. Some items and mobs still level with you, but they have upper and lower limits, and it makes the really good items much rarer.
