can somebody tell where can i find elven equipment(of all kinds).......and where could i find these elven dude that i keep seeing in the loading screen

and you mean that these guys i keep seeing on the loading screen(the look like they have theyre neck cut off) will be the bandits........... .kinda disapointed i could say...i hoiped these guys would be the ayeld elves(or what ever they are called) you know,something you would find in a magor quest or something!!!!!!!

Then get one of the leveling mods, like Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul. It "fixes" that problem, and makes the early game much more of a challenge. You will need to start anew game for it to work properly, but it replaces the overdone mob and item leveling with a much more realistic scheme. Some items and mobs still level with you, but they have upper and lower limits, and it makes the really good items much rarer.
