Possible Bug?

As I was looking through my spells today on my maxed-out character, I noticed that the "Lightning" spell has disappeared from the in-game menu. On the actual "Experience" page after you click "Hero Personality," it still says that it's there. Anyone know why this spell has seemingly disappeared? Or is it just a bug? It has been like this for quite some time.

i usualy get others to disapear like the whole skills menu but they always apear after a while.
