Brother Kanker won't die...

Hi,

Anybody have a good strategy to beat Brother Kanker, (fun with pestilence)??? I can't win...!!!
I have hit this guy with my shotgun 7 times and he's only down to 50% health. I, on the other hand, take three hits from him and I'm out...

Must have trien 20 times by now, not fun nomore...

beat him!

well i usually bulk up with blood buff or fortitude and beat the living hell out of him with a melee weapon or my fists. and if your health is taking a beating then run around untill its back up. what clan are you? usually you can use various disciplines to your advantage like celerity.

Thanx, I'm Nosfer, so my melee skills aren't really that great. Tried the running around thing, but it takes forever and then he got a punch in... (bugger)...
For now I just left it for later, when I'm stronger, or have a better weapon...
Kinda wanna get at him with the Katana... must be a good feeling.

yeah i think you should get stronger before dealing with tall dark and ugly. and a powerful melee weapon like a katana or a bush hook will def do you some good.

I was having some trouble with him in my last game so I activated the wheels near his altar and swam out of the room. Then I shot him a ton with my 38. I have barely any firearms skill so it took some time but he didn't follow me so I couldn't get hurt.

Well... I finally got 'm... The combination of a shotgun with full ammo, a couple of packs of elder vitae and a couple of miles of running did the trick...
Made a bit of a rediculous fight though...

The best strategy if you're not too strong is not to walk up to were brother Kanker is standing, but stay safely in the first hall (the crossing of the T as it were) and shoot from there at the place where Kanker is supposed to be.

As soon as Kanker closes in, you then run towards the pile of debris at the left end of that hall (left as you face Kanker) and jump on top of it. Kanker can't reach you and you can easily shoot him down from where you're standing/crouching.

I just kept running backwards and unloading my 12-guage in his face, if he did me any damage I would run forwards untill I heal then into the old backstep again. :laugh:

I did manage with one char to use up all my blood and then let the machine Frenzy into him, I think I was a Gangral at the time.

Easy Brother Kanker Kill

Just crouch along the right side of the hall. On the far end of the room are some pillars that you can hide behind. Go up to Kanker and engage dialog then quickly slip in behind the pillars where he can't get you. I just blast him until he's dead.

Help! There's someting wrong, I can't do anything to him. He's like.. invincible. I also can't use the 'use' button. Is this normal? oO
