Does anybody know if there are plans for an expansion to Oblivion? If so, when is it due? Pretty much finished every quest there is now.

I'm sure there will be, because it's in Bethsoft's financial interests. There simply is no word yet on it, and I wouldn't expect any word for at least another 6 months.
As there's nothing else to really discuss in this thread--since an expansion pack is as yet vaporware--I'm closing it. In the meantime, consider checking out the various player mods that add a lot to the PC experience. Some quest ones are starting to apear, and there are already several tweak mods that make the game much harder.
