At the pale pass quest there is a secret chest. Right on the hill before the fort. The chest is hidden behind a ruined wall. does anyone has find this chest? It needs a special key...
I've searched for some time and found just right to the fort a second chest (or barrel, don't remember) wich holds a crumbled note and a key. The note is from a thief wich had stolen a ring (or something like this) from a wizard. The note tells about that and the tale from the thief that is running a away for the fierce wizard. Some complains about that the wizard fired some fireballs and the thief is fallen from the hill and so on...
The thief has written the note to his close friend and reminds him that he will take the loot to the ruins and hide it some were. Fist I tought that the key is the key from the chest on the hill but no, it not.
Well, does any one solved this?

Do a search, this was posted some time ago, methinks.
There are 3 chests. One of them is waaaaay out of the way. South of the entrance to Pale Pass even. Just do that search, I think there's a map.
