Forlorn Watchman **spoilers**

So I have fought my way through the ship, opened the door and reached the skeleton, but when I get there it tells me I dont have the key for the manacles. My quest log says I should use the key I found. To be honest, I got stuck on this quest so long ago, I dont lnow if I used a key or the console to open the door. Is it possible to respawn the mutineer's ghost, because he aint there and there isnt any "corpse" to loot. Is there maybe an player.additem code to get the key?

I'm not sure, but isn't it possible to go to the console, select whatever you want to open and type "unlock" ?

Just an idea though.

lowest level supposedly, ghost of the mutineer should have it.
I noticed when I was required to clean out blood crust cavern for a quest, (I had done so previously outta sheer will to kill) the characters I killed before weren't there...but thier stuff was, piles of jewelery, armor and weapons all over the place. Now why didnt that happen on the emma may?
