Does anyone have an idea where to find Glass Armor?

Same place you find everything else. In Dungeon Crawls. My L24 character has a full set of enchanted glass (Journeyman Armorer), but it took almost three levels to collect it all. Now I have 1 glass Helmet, 2 sets of glass Greaves, and about five of everything else. Oddly, the Helmet was the hardest to come by, but that was probably just random chance.
If you're looking for a single place where you can pick up a whole suit, I don't think there is such a place, unless perhaps at higher levels you might find a single enemy with a whole suit, or you sell all the parts of a suit to a single armorer and buy them all back (which would be pointless).

You can find all-glass armour from level 20 upwards. As you advance in level you have more chance of finding a complete set - but you will start off finding boots or gauntlets, maybe a shield. Later you will find greaves or cuirass. And, as yrthwyndandfyre said, helmets seem to be much harder to find.
Anyway, by the time you find someone with a full set, you will most likely have already aquired a full set piece by piece.
