Missing Scroll

I'm currently doing the Hlaalu quests, and I've run into a problem. I've been sent to get the Ascadian land deed and I got it, but now it has dissapeared. I've checked in the records room again, but it isn't there (the woman who was there before is gone too). I'm at a loss of what to do, and my last autosave is 17 game days prior to this point. Is there anyway I can get another deed (honestly or otherwise)?

Check the evidence boxes in towns, the game might think you stole it, and check with merchants you might have sold it to.

Save the game and kill everything in the Hlaalu vaults and see if its there if it is just load and go get it.

Player->AddItem "bk_landdeed_hhrd"

Type it in the console.
