This forum is to be used for any discussion pertaining to Black Isle Studios' cancelled Baldur's Gate III: The Black Hound project or speculation over the possibility that Atari will eventually have a true sequel developed.
A few days ago, there was a rumour At Well-Rounded Entertainment that Baldur's Gate III was being worked on and that it would use a 3D engine. Feargus Urquhart, the President of Black Isle Studios, provided the following statement:
There is no one working on Baldur's Gate 3. Between BioWare and Black Isle, we are just working on finishing up the products that we are currently developing.
Like I said, there probably will be a BGIII . This was found in Planet Baldur's gate forums.
Strength may come in many sizes and shapes. One of the most common packages of strength is inside a squirrel.
@Sylvanahs, Black Isle Studios no longer exist...unless you meant Obsidian Entertainment run by the same person.
What was the date of that post on the Planet BG forums?
-As said, Black Isle does not exist.
-It is still a rumor, thus the title of this thread is false, there is no concrete evidence that BG3 is beign worked on.
