Well, ok, simply put, I've stolen nothing in the game as of yet with this new character, and I mean NOTHING. So, I join the mages guild, go to caldera, and buy some ingredients from Thierry.
Problem is, when I sell the ingredients back to him (So that he has a bigger stock and I can just grab bigger handfuls at a time), I'm immediately reported as a thief and then annihilated by the mages guild.
Any idea why this is happening?

No mods, no tribunal or bloodmoon. So it's a clean vanilla Morrowind that I'm running on. I've tried this a couple times actually and same results, one for regular morrowind, one for a patched morrowind.

Your BIOS is causing a DMA type 3 conflict on the processor cache, most likely because a virus had caused a corruption of your mouse port and the UART in your CONFIG.SYS. I'm pretty sure you can fix it by converting your kernel from binary to hexadecimal and backending one of your IRQs into your RAM slots.
