Getting stuck when entering Under-Skar

OK, I have this weird problem and I'm not sure what's causing it or how to fix it.

When I am in Ald-Ruhn and I enter Under-Skar (where all the manors and high-end shops are), I get stuck. The first time I went in, somehow I was stuck in the rope bridge and was able to make myself fall through it to the ground below. I didn't really think much of it, but now everytime I go in the same thing happens but I can't seem to fall through anymore.

So I enter and I'm loaded with the rope handrail running through my body. I can't move in any direction (my legs pump but I don't go anywhere) including up/down. I can crouch into sneak mode, but I still can't escape. It won't let me jump, levitate away or anything. I've also tried using Telekinesis to see if I could click on the door to leave or talk to someone but it doesn't seem to work even when things are close enough that I should be able to get to them.

The only way to get away is to use a Recall spell (that I've found so far). I've also tried entering from different elevations. If you're far away and are on the ground outside you're low, or if you get right up to the door, you step up onto the threshold. Nothing seems to make any difference.

Any ideas what could be causing it? The only mods that I have that I know have any changes in that area are a couple of clothing mods that have added clothes to the clothier inside the Under-Skar area, but nothing that I know of changing the area itself. The only other ideas that I haven't tried yet are setting a mark there then recalling, or saving while I'm stuck then reloading, I just haven't bothered trying either of those yet.

I've no idea what might be causing it, maybe if you posted the mods you have installed somebody here might be able to diagnose the problem.

But, in the interim try this:

*Bring up your console by hitting the tilde key, (it's the ~ key, to the left of the number 1)

*Type into into it: fixme

*Hit Enter, and close the console. This will (hopefully) release your character...

Hey, didn't even think about the fixme command.

So is there a list of all the console commands somewhere? I know Fable pops them out as advice like he wrote the book, so I'm assuming there's a good list somewhere.

Warning, this *is* a cheat page and it has potential to be horribly abused, which I wouldn't advise doing

Whenever you use fixme make sure you are in first person. (Just incase you try in third person and end up being stuck again.)

Well unfortunately fixme didn't work. Is there somewhere I can find coordinates into one of the manors? Maybe the console can teleport me inside Under Skar somewhere and I can set a mark there to get into the area?

Sometimes when fixme puts me in a place where I am still stuck, typing it a second or third time frees my character again. Have you tried using the command several times in a row?

Well I guess six is the magic number. After six fixme's I got unstuck. Yeah for me!
