Shadow Ruins Water Jumping Puzzle

how do i get past this before the time runs out and the shadow door disappears i've tried everything Help??????????

ull need 2 wacht the fourth one (the one at the end),,,as soon as it starts goin down start ur jump (the best time is once u enter the area....if u fail on ur frist try renter the port& hang around 4 a few seconds and try again...this way it resets the brigdes
The time crystal (slow motion spell helps).....And try not 2 touch the water 2 cause even if u make it 2 the other side and if u even just touched the water the port well close be4 u get there...
