The Hunter's Game Frustrations!!! (Spoilers)

Hi,
Ok so I finished the quest and defeated Hericine (sp?) and went to go talk to the wide eyed and everyone is trying to kill me. When I got Hericines ring I chose to change into a werewolf temperarily. Is they why they all want me dead? I tried everything. I used potions to cure any disease I may have had, I check to make sure that I didnt have a bounty. I even dropped the ring hoping that would help. I can't figure it out and I didnt see anything in the walk through that says if you use the ring you will be hunted for the rest of the game so I am at a loss. Do I have to go back to my save before I ever got the ring and redo it without using the ring? Please help. It took forever to beat those guys and I would hate to have to do it again for no reason. Thanks so much for your help!

What would you do if you saw a werewolf in the streets?

I transformed in the caves only the one time and then waited in the cave to regain human form so I highly doubt people "saw" me running around the streets as a werewolf. But yes thank you for the reply.

you need to keep the ring it wont do any thing to help you stop the people from tring to kill you.what i did was just go into a house kill anyone in there and change in there .i also found out you have about 3 hours to wonder around and kill people and you had to be back in there before you changed back.hope that helped!

there could have been someone in that cave
