After i place Galdryn’s Horn on a pedestal in Champer of Spirits i go back to Emmindor’s Tower but the "lift" dont work then i cant speak whit Emmindor. Any1 know what to do? Thx 4 reply and sry 4 my bad English

Im in Skuldoon and have Valdane’s blood but door in Vartugg’s Fortress is closed then cant talk whit Vartugg...what now? (I try talk whit any1 and havent any other quests)
Did you talk to Mundruff inside the fortress? He's the one who opens the way to Vartugg.
