<Missing Name> Item ?

I went on abit of a killing spree and killed everyone in Bruma.
While going through all the corpses, I spotted this on Delphine Jend. (head of the Bruma Mages guild I think?)

Any idea what it is meant to be?
I presume it is something left in her inventory after completing one of the quests she gives?

Have you tried bringing up the console, and hovering the mouse over the item, whether in your inventory or on the ground? That should give you the ID.
