Legion Armor

Can anyone tell me if there is another place besides the imperial city where to find legion armor?

Each city has it's own armour; but you can find Imperial Legionaires on the principle roads between city and towns.

you could break in to the armory in imperial city prison, im not sure what is in there but there are probably some legion armor items.

i believe this is not built into the game but a random occurance in my file.I was exploring the paths around the water around the imperidal city when i sped by on my shadowmare a horse next to a fort (the location was south and a little west, it's visible from the road). I went inside the fort and an imperial soldier was fighting two goblins and died right after i got in. i killed the creatures and looted the corpse. it had a full set of legion armor. I also ran across a legion soldier chasing a nord or imperial (can't tell which) down a path near the ill omen. The nord turned around and bashed him a couple times and and killed the soldier and then turned to me and i took him down with a well placed arrow. hope that helped. look around for abandoned horses (i have found about 4) and search the area for corpses.
